I have been very happy with Jumping Bean...We've used them on 2 occasions and have rented a few items.. We rented their large bounce house and a water slide and my kids loved them both!! We also rented a few of their tents and the staff was very efficient and also very friendly. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Very disappointed on this experience. We spent hundreds of dollars renting tents, tables, chairs and an adult waterslide which was leaking water during the party. Needless to say the kids were disappointed when we had to shut down the fun due to safety. We tried reaching someone once we noticed it and received no call back. The best part was I was told I would get a phone call the next week to discuss the issue. Here we are 11/2 weeks later with NO call back. When I reached out to follow up I was spoken to and treated in the worst way. Very unpleased with the lack of care and respect and towards the customer. Bad business.
